Since I'm an amateur artist it's really nice to look back over what I've achieved, even if it's just a handful of colouring book pages. When I received this I realised it would be perfect and a much nicer method of doing so. I was surprised by how much came with it. Since the sheets are black paper the photo corners or stickers can be used to stick on your art or photos (though I like washi tape for this purpose) or for decorating the front of the book! You can choose between binder rings or satin ribbon. I'm using the rings right now, but will switch to the ribbon when it's complete. The rings do look a bit ugly and strange since they flop around, but I actually have found them very effective and found it much easier to add and change around pockets than on a traditional binder. One thing to keep in mind is that the sheets are not square. One side is longer. That's because while the album and pockets are 12x12 the edge of the pocket is closed and has the holes to attach to the album. So the page itself is slightly shorter than 12". If you have difficulty getting it in the pocket, turn it around as you might have it the wrong way. I do wish there was double the amount of black pages so you can double-side as some of my art goes together and I prefer back to back as opposed to just putting it on the back of another page. I really love that they include metallic pens in a great range of colours. They really pop on the black and work great for writing or drawing designs. It has to be put together since comes in separate parts to easy to work with while organizing it. Comes with a large front and back hard cover 12" X 12" in a blank matte white (chose white or black) color with metal ring holes for attaching the spine area and attached two filigree metal corners for an accent. This allows the cover to be decorated as desired. To attach the covers and the inside pages included is two black ribbon that can be tied or use included two circular snap metal rings instead which both allow for album to expand and allow for a lot of spacing inside the album between pages. For the interior are 30 clear plastic folder sheet for inserting and protection of pictures or flat collectibles like souvenirs (invitations, programs, napkins, ribbons, dried flowers/leaves, buttons etc). In white set there are 30 black sheets that fit exactly into the plastic folders for mounting of pictures or other items. Kit also includes a couple sheets of different background colored self-sticking small corner picture holders. There is 2 sheets of 56 small sticker,mixture of stars and hearts if you wish to include some in the album, though found these to very generic. To help out with individuals who do not have a of colored pens that are sometimes used in scrap book, there is package of 10 different metallic colored fine nip markers, again very generic and average quality. For best overall results probably will require better quality stickers and pens but still these are still useable. This kit can be used to create memory books: weddings, grads, birthdays, holidays, special occasions, baby books etc. The size is reminiscent of coffee table picture style books. Comes in a cardboard box that can be used for storage. . Would make nice gift as is or as completed project. Recommended. I'm using mine to collect together some of my mixed media pieces and (terrible) watercolour paintings. The kit has everything I need: paper to use as page backgrounds, pockets, and stickers to decorate. I like that there are two options for binding the book, either ribbons (which is the aesthetic I prefer) or binder rings. The included markers are surprisingly nice, and even include a white marker (which I love!). They write nice and smoothly on the included black paper. The paper has no texture and is solid core. The page protectors are decently thick and are reinforced around the holes. The black cover is also smooth, with metal corner protectors. It can be as big or small as you like because of this concept. It includes great quality plastic covers for the scrapbook pages, thin black cardstock for decorating, a few pages of heart and star stickers, photo sticker corners, and great medium thickness markers for writing with. This kit is intended for use as a scrapbook, but as I will highlight toward the end of this review it can be used for many other things as well. However to start let me describe what you get in the box, it consists of; 1. Two cover sheets these are nicely presented heavy gauge and covered with a nice simulated leather cover with some gold detailing. 2. 30 heavy gauge 12"x12" (30x30cm) black cardboard sheets, each with a matching plastic sleeve. 3. Two metal rings for holding the pages/covers together. 4. A packet of various stickers that can be used to enhance your cuttings. 5. A pack of metalic makers to allow you to add notes or commentary to your cuttings. 6. Two ribbons to put round the finished scrap book. The idea is if it is being used as a scrap book to fix your cuttings etc... to the black cardboard sheets, enhance them with the markers or stickers if you wish and then when finished put the page into one of the plastic sleeves. These sleeves are pre-punched as are the two cover boards which when used in conjunction with the supplied metal rings make effectively a loose-leaf scrapbook. You can then use the ribbons to keep the scrap book closed when not in use. As you have some 30 double sided black sheets this gives you effectively up to 60 pages for your cuttings, but if this is not sufficient you can also buy an additional expansion pack of sheets. So there you go a superb solution if you want to create a scrapbook for whatever reason. However I also mentioned other uses at the top of this review. Well in my case this is as storage for my diamond paintings (if you're not sure what they are search Amazon and all will become clear). Normally my completed diamond paintings will be framed and put on the wall. However there is a limit to how many pictures you can hang on any wall and the cost is sometimes not effective as frames can be expensive, especially for unusual sizes. So as a solution to this problem I'm using my scrapbook kit as a storage solution for the smaller and/or square diamond paintings. These paintings can be fixed to the black sheets using double sided tape or similar and once in the plastic sleeves the gems are protected to prevent them being caught and ripped off the painting. This way I can store a large number of paintings in a single book which is ideal for showing to friends and family. A great solution for me!

I've bought 12" x12" scrapbook/photo albums before, for the parent's of each of our grandchildren's births, to record their young lives in. This album is even better quality than those bought before.
The beautiful white covers, with silver coloured metal trims is very stylish, (I could see this being used for wedding photos!) It comes complete with plastic sleeves, black sheets of quality paper, sheets of coloured photo corners, as well as a pack of metallic pens, to write your comments on the black paper.
The outer covers and sheets are held together with the metal rings, which will allow you to add extra pages in the future. I've not seen a complete set like this before, so I'm thrilled with set, beautifully presented, and I'm looking forward to have it filled with photos of our expected latest edition to the family.

If you're looking for a premium scrapbook this is it. I've had many scrapbooks in the past bought from various retail stores and none have been as good as this. I am getting married this summer and I can't wait to fill this with memories. And for me, it's all about the little things. ✔️ Binder options - It comes supplied with ribbons or rings. It's great to have this choice. I see this being especially handy when I start to fill this book and will switch to rings to make it more secure. ✔️ Sizing - The pages are a nice big size. This is great for mixing up the pages with different size photos and arrangements. Perfect for creative people. ✔️ Pages - I have the black pages with the white covering. The pages are a nice thick card and have no issues with adhering things to with Pritt stick. There 60 pages to fill so it's going to take me a while to fill! 2 down 58 to go! ✔️ Little touches - It comes with a few sheets of stickers which is a nice touch. They also supply a set of metallic pens whilst not the highest of quality they are really nice and leave a nice shine on the page. Overall, I think it's great. It's got everything you need to start scrapbooking so you're only limited by your imagination. I'm really excited to fill it with my wedding photos!

When it arrived its so much more impressive than your expecting. And bigger too. It's vinyl album size. Made of nice thick card stock with well protected corners.
You get 30 sheets, which is a lot. Each card sheet (about 350gsm) has it's own plastic wallet to protect whatever you put in it.
Top tip: the card isn't square! Don't do what I did and start sticking stuff down only to find out you've done it the wrong way round.
The idea of having ribbon connecting it all together is not very practical. You'll use the rings. However, the ribbon is still a nice addition to either put round the rings (like I did) or use it to keep the book tied up.
The stickers, corners and pens is a great addition to get you started, the only think missing IMO is a pritt stick.
A great item if like me you have lots of bits hanging around that never get framed or go in an album, they just end up in draws waiting for who knows what... THIS! They're waiting for this.
It would also make a great wedding album, product catalogue or recipe collector. A brilliant item.
