Prismatic Jewel is a jewel base type. The non-unique versions of Prismatic Jewel cannot be found. Therefore, Watcher's Eye cannot be chanced. The only way to obtain a Prismatic Jewel is to corrupt five unique Prismatic Jewels into rares, then sell them to vendor for an uncorrupted rare one.

Watcher's Eye Farming
1. Drop from The Elder
The Elder is a boss that is invading the Atlas of Worlds. He is the main antagonist of the War for the Atlas expansion. The Elder must be killed in the Unstable Phase in order for Watcher's Eye to possibly drop. The drop rate of Watcher's Eye is around 25% – 33%.
Watcher's Eyes dropped during the Elder encounter will always havetwo aura modifiers. There are 4,753 combinations of possible modifiers it can roll for the two-aura variant. Using a Divine Orb will not change the random aura modifiers to new ones.
2. Drop from Uber Elder
The Uber Elder is a dual boss encounter where the player fights both the Elder and the Shaper at the same time. It was the final boss encounter in the War for the Atlas expansion. The dropped Watcher's Eye would be 3 mods variants. It can be either all 3 mods for the same aura skill, or 3 mods for 1-2 aura skills. There are 152,096 combinations for the three-aura variant. Using a Divine Orb will not change the random aura modifiers to new ones.

Fastest Watcher's Eye ever?
I can be sure that many of the current top labrunner versions can do this to get both a fast movespeed bonus and an observer's eye leniency movespeed bonus (up to 15%).

Why clarity watcher's eye provides more es than expected
